365ac Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 365ac platform and all its services. By opening an account on 365ac or starting to use any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using our platform.

The definitions of key terms used in this document are provided below:

• "Platform" — The 365ac website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who holds a registered account on 365ac.
• "Gaming Activities" — Sports betting, casino games, slots, live games, and other entertainment services available on the platform.
• "Balance" — Real money deposited in a user's account (bonus balance is displayed separately).
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits granted by 365ac, which must meet specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. In the event of any translation of these Terms, the original Bengali version shall be considered final.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and participate in gaming activities on 365ac, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are managing the account on your own behalf, not on behalf of anyone else.
• You are using this platform entirely of your own free will and in a sound state of mind.
• You do not have any previously closed or suspended account on 365ac.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same person ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. 365ac automatically detects duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close all associated accounts in such cases.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information — must be true, accurate, and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in account cancellation.

3. Account Management & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. 365ac will never ask for your password via email or chat under any circumstances.

• Do not share your login details with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity or unauthorized access attempts, notify our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account until you have reported an account issue in writing.
• Log out of your session after logging in from a public or shared device.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

365ac currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Transfers from major banks in Bangladesh are accepted, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Make sure to use the correct amount and reference number as instructed.
• If there is a delay in deposit processing, please contact support.
• Payments from third-party accounts or cards are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete. Withdrawal processing may be delayed until the 365ac verification process is completed.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• If there is an active bonus balance on the account, the relevant wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
• It may not be possible to submit a new request while one is already being processed.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on 365ac are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in a different currency, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and a conversion fee may be charged.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 adds a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, bringing the total balance to ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. The wagering requirement is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

The time limit for meeting the wagering requirement is stated separately for each bonus. If the requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus funds will be forfeited.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus eligibility conditions are met, the bonus may be cancelled.
• 365ac reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion without notice.
• If multiple bonus claims are detected from the same device, IP address, or payment account, the associated accounts will be subject to investigation.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All gaming activities on the 365ac platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. We use SSL encryption and fair play technology to ensure a secure gaming environment.

• The outcome of each game is determined by a verified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Game rules are described in detail on the respective game information page.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, the wager for that round will be refunded or restored to the last saved state.
• If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, you must contact support within 72 hours.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Exploiting loopholes in the bonus system to gain unfair advantages.
• Depositing funds into the account from fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious sources.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to influence gaming outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Impersonating 365ac staff or using the platform's name to commit fraud.
• Selling, transferring, or renting account access.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by 365ac

In any of the following circumstances, 365ac may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• If a violation of any clause of these Terms is proven.
• If fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• If documents required for verification are not provided on time.
• At the direction of a court or regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining verifiable balance before closing your account.

9. Responsible Gaming

365ac always places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is an entertainment activity — it is not a source of income.

• Never place bets beyond your set budget.
• If you feel that gaming is affecting your daily life or financial situation, take a break immediately.

12. Limitation of Liability

• If services are interrupted due to natural disasters, war, or government decisions, 365ac will accept limited liability.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

365ac reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified as early as possible of any significant changes.
